Free Self-Hosted Support

If you're running Snipe-IT on your own servers and need help, please read the common issues page to see if your problem has already been addressed.

If it hasn't, provide the information in the getting help section in an Issue on our Github Issues page or ask in the Snipe-IT Gitter chat room. We do not offer email support for free self-hosted users, however our community support on Github is very responsive.
