Snipe-IT has a robust community of users helping each other out. We provide Github Issues for bug reports and feature requests, Github Discussions to talk through best practices and individual use-cases, and Gitter for real-time chat with other Snipe-IT users.
Q: How much are the support (non-hosted) plans?
An annual subscription of Standard Support is $449.99 USD, while we also offer an Enterprise Support plan for $4,999.99/year.
Q: Why do the pro-support plans cost more than the hosted plan?
It seems counter-intuitive to charge more for (seemingly) doing less, but supporting our software on a system we don't control (and may not even have access to) is profoundly more challenging and time-consuming than supporting our software on a system we know inside and out.
Q: What does the Standard Support plan cover?
As a support customer, you'll get personal help with upgrades, as well as priority bugfixes and feature requests from the engineers who built Snipe-IT. If your IT team runs into trouble with your Snipe-IT install, you won't find anyone more qualified to help.
Q: What does the Enterpise Support plan cover?
Help with upgrades and installs, priority feature requests, and one-on-one support for API integrations.
Q: What payment methods are available?
Snipe-IT supports credit/debit card subscriptions only. We do not currently support purchase orders.
